Overview

As a Manager, Publisher Development & Acquisition at impact.com, you’ll take the lead in growing our ANZ publisher marketplace by acquiring, onboarding, and activating high-potential partners, playing a pivotal role in shaping our publisher ecosystem during a time of rapid regional expansion.

• Drive publisher acquisition and onboarding across ANZ.
• Build tailored growth and enablement plans for publishers.
• Manage a portfolio of publishers throughout the lifecycle.

• Optimise processes across onboarding and partner support.
• Analyse publisher performance data and report on portfolio health.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in publisher development or affiliate partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem.
• Commercially focused with a proven track record.
• Confident using CRM and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across time zones.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
