Publisher Development Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Publisher Development Manager at impact.com, you will manage day-to-day interactions with a portfolio of publisher customer accounts, driving a world-class partner experience that builds trust, retention, and loyalty.

In Short

• Responsible for meeting publisher account growth targets to increase publisher revenue.
• Create development plans for the assigned book of business.
• Identify and support new matchmaking efforts for publishers with advertisers.
• Analyze publisher data quarterly to ensure engagement and growth.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years Account Management or Customer Success experience, preferably B2B.
• Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing or related field a plus), MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Strong communicator with publishers and internal teams.
• Data-driven and able to measure program effectiveness.
