Senior Publisher Development Manager - Remote

Overview

As a part of the Publisher Development team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our publisher portfolio by acquiring new publishers and websites, and supporting our partners to optimally market Native Advertising and other products.

In Short

• Acquire and record new publishers, websites, and products for marketing
• Consult and support publishers, websites, and marketing partners for optimal Native Advertising setup
• Identify high-performance environments and targeted inventory purchases
• Monitor and analyze the development of websites, publishers, and marketing partners
• Analyze, implement, and further develop new products or placements in the portfolio
• Define and implement uniform product standards
• Act as a liaison between publishers, websites, and departments such as IT, Sales, and Campaign Management

Requirements

• Completed degree, ideally in Media Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of professional experience in online marketing on the publisher, marketer, or agency side
• Proven successes in publisher consulting, development, and support
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, independence, flexibility, and teamwork
• Enjoyment of analytical and data-driven work with the ability to implement new insights in a team
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with AdServers and technical aspects of online marketing is a plus
• Residence in Hamburg is advantageous
