As a part of the Publisher Development team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our publisher portfolio by acquiring new publishers and websites, and supporting our partners to optimally market Native Advertising and other products.

In Short

Acquire and record new publishers, websites, and products for marketing
Consult and support publishers, websites, and marketing partners for optimal Native Advertising setup
Identify high-performance environments and targeted inventory purchases
Monitor and analyze the development of websites, publishers, and marketing partners
Analyze, implement, and further develop new products or placements in the portfolio
Define and implement uniform product standards
Act as a liaison between publishers, websites, and departments such as IT, Sales, and Campaign Management

Requirements

Completed degree, ideally in Media Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
3-5 years of professional experience in online marketing on the publisher, marketer, or agency side
Proven successes in publisher consulting, development, and support
Strong organizational skills, reliability, independence, flexibility, and teamwork
Enjoyment of analytical and data-driven work with the ability to implement new insights in a team
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with AdServers and technical aspects of online marketing is a plus
Residence in Hamburg is advantageous
