Overview

The Channel Sales Manager - Aftermarket is responsible for managing all channel sales partners within the assigned region, driving revenue generation through engineered solutions.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of sales experience with a proven record of revenue growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or management preferred.
  • Experience managing channel partners is essential.
  • Ability to interpret business documents and present information effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of valve and flow control sales preferred.
  • Experience with Miller Heiman methodology is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time.
