Overview

As Quality & Safety Data Manager at Imagine Pediatrics, you will further our mission by partnering with our VP, Quality & Safety and other leaders to gather and analyze data pertaining to quality and safety KPI's, distill insights, and operationalize your findings across the organization.

In Short

  • Build analytical tools and models to support development and decision-making for Quality and Safety strategy and programs.
  • Develop and deliver tools and reports to internal and external stakeholders to enable clinical and operational teams to achieve Quality and Safety goals.
  • Analyze and interpret data sets and trends for anomalies, outliers, changes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Dive into Quality/HEDIS trends to identify what is driving changes and opportunities for impact.
  • Analyze available Quality and Safety information to solve a wide variety of problems.
  • Manage Safety Event platform analytics and reporting in Jira.
  • Develop, deliver and manage patient experience surveys and resulting analytics.
  • Partner with Data, Technology and Product teams to develop Quality and Safety dashboards.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of solutions to meet ongoing strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5+ years experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in data management/analysis applications (e.g., Excel, Access, Tableau, SQL).
  • Familiarity with healthcare Quality and Safety metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Experience working with a pediatric population or value-based care, preferred.
