Overview

The GAIA Data Quality Manager will define and implement quality processes and internal controls for extra-financial data within the Group, overseeing the management of ESG data.

• Define governance structure for ESG data related to GAIA 2.0.
• Collect ESG data needs from various regions and departments.
• Develop and manage action plans for ESG data quality.
• Coordinate with Business, Digital, and Tech departments.
• Interface new data suppliers with GAIA 2.0.
• Address accessibility and exposure issues of ESG data.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, business, or university.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT management or information systems.
• Interest in sustainability and understanding of extra-financial data.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Ability to persuade and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing complex data for decision-making.
• Project management skills.
