Corporate Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a brilliant legal mind to join our growing global legal team. As a key member of our team, you will support legal matters for our Copperleaf business, reporting into its Head of Legal who is based in the United Kingdom.

In Short

• Your primary responsibility is to support our global go to market teams including sales and consulting.
• Structure, draft, negotiate, and close SaaS, software, support and cloud contracts.
• Champion AI advancement in the legal function.
• Lead negotiation of master agreements, NDAs, statements of work (SOWs).
• Work with legacy contracts and negotiate amendments.
• Provide accurate, pragmatic, and timely legal advice.
• Collaborate with the broader IFS legal team.
• Maintain deep industry knowledge on legal and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5-10 years post qualification experience.
• In-house SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience delivering on complex commercial contracts.
• Experience with legal technical tools and privacy matters.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.
• Proactive attitude with excellent business judgement.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
