Regional Employee Benefits Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

The Regional Employee Benefits Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new regions, building B2B relationships, and increasing IDIQ awareness in the Employee Benefits space.

• Develop and maintain Key Employer and Broker Relationships.
• Build the IDIQ Employee Benefits Brand.
• Generate and close Employee Benefit leads.
• Achieve targeted KPI’s and results.
• Attend trade shows and network professionally.
• Experience with a sales CRM.
• Develop a market strategy for the assigned region.
• Manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Deliver meetings using a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on sales plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of Employment Benefit Sales experience.
• At least ten years of sales experience.
• Strong working ability of Microsoft Office products.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
