Overview

The VP, Medicaid Regional President for Louisiana will oversee the strategic direction and administration of Medicaid programs, leading the executive team and representing Humana in the state.

  • Chair the Member Advisory Council.
  • Occasional travel for meetings may be required.

Requirements

  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to Louisiana.
  • Executive level healthcare management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 6-10 years in healthcare or government leadership.
  • Leadership experience with direct-reports.
  • Preferred experience in Medicaid MCO plan leadership.
  • Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Louisiana market is a plus.
