Overview

We are the leading global WordPress agency, building enterprise content platforms and providing digital consultancy for over a decade. We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join our commercial team to help us lead our Strategic Partnership Program in the Americas. This is a fully-remote role and you can be located anywhere geographically within the US or Canada. You should be fluent in both written and spoken English.

In Short

  • Lead the Strategic Partnership Program in the Americas.
  • Achieve ≥US $1.5 m closed won in new business.
  • Maintain ≥ 90 % client renewal rate.
  • Own a portfolio of 5-8 enterprise clients.
  • Partner with marketing to execute a regional strategy.
  • Qualify, scope, and close complex WordPress projects.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and risk registers.
  • Act as the commercial voice in regional squad ceremonies.
  • Represent Human Made at industry events.
  • Ensure HubSpot hygiene score > 90 % across deals and accounts.

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex projects.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and digital consultancy.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in marketing collaboration.
