Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Experience in managing project scope and timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Commercial awareness regarding project budgets.
• Proactive in managing client relationships.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality output.
