Hostaway is a SaaS startup that is transforming the vacation rental industry. As a profitable and growing company, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growth in the North American market.

In Short

• Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling and email outreach.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and communicate our value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings.

Requirements

• Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
