In Short

• Develop and execute a consistent staffing strategy for clients and Care Professionals.
• Engage and build relationships with Care Pros.
• Oversee market staffing strategy and ensure effective scheduling.
• Provide exceptional service and support to Care Pros.
• Coordinate closely with Client Manager for care delivery.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance client and Care Pro experiences.
• Respond to dynamic needs of partners, clients, and Care Professionals.
• Manage staffing best practices and innovative tools.
• Foster quality matches between Care Pros and clients.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p, Central Time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client or patient management or customer service.
• Strong commitment to quality care and customer service.
• Flexibility to respond on evenings or weekends.
• Experience in operations or healthcare/homecare is a plus.

• Annual base salary range of $64,000 - $71,600.
