In Short

  • Expand and deepen relationships with existing Enterprise customers within the automotive industry.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to understand their evolving needs.
  • Negotiate with customers to sell a complete solution including support and service.
  • Maintain and grow a strategic sales pipeline.
  • Drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Show customers the advantages of the HiveMQ Enterprise MQTT broker.
  • Optimize customer approach and sales strategies.
  • Build relationships and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with SDR, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in the Enterprise IT space.
  • A proven track record of sales success in IT/Software companies.
  • Experience selling infrastructure software such as messaging systems, databases, SaaS, or big-data products.
  • Expertise in challenger sales and MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to build strong executive relationships.
  • Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to orchestrate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with an independent working style.
  • Fluency in English and German communication skills.
