Overview

We are currently looking for an Enterprise Strategic Account Manager to join our sales team! The Enterprise Strategic Account Manager will have a focus on developing and implementing high-level strategy, pathways & collaborations across multiple fronts in Natera's suite of services within regional health systems. The individual will drive EMR integrations and contracting activities within hospital systems. They will coordinate activities between Natera’s 3 business units, Women’s Health, Organ Health, and Oncology, to achieve organizational goals in the hospital setting. You will need to be strategic and collaborative with the ultimate goal of creating win/win outcomes for our customers.

In Short

  • Execute an interdepartmental approach to remove existing barriers and open access to all Natera testing across the enterprise.
  • Become an expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings and represent the company at the highest levels of leadership.
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Optimize testing workflows and efficiencies to standardize Natera products system-wide.
  • Implement strategic account plans and best practices based on field insights.
  • Identify and manage RFP, GPO, and contracting opportunities within key accounts.
  • Develop scalable, long-term partnership solutions for Regional Health Systems.
  • Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments.
  • Maintain an active key account list and work with leadership and providers.
  • Travel up to 70% for customer and team engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratories.
  • 3+ years of successful key account sales/consulting experience.
  • Proven success in market development and product launches.
  • Award-winning sales record with expertise in EMRs and hospital system contracting.
  • Skilled in navigating complex negotiations.
  • Experience in Health System/key account project planning.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Value Transformation and Triple Aim Initiatives.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and data reporting/analysis.
