As a Senior Director of Biostatistics, you will leverage your clinical statistics expertise to oversee the strategic design, analysis, and reporting for multiple practice-changing oncology clinical trials. The ideal candidate brings exceptional leadership and communication skills, a trusted and scientifically grounded perspective, and a comprehensive understanding of clinical biostatistics in an oncology setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 13 years relevant clinical experience in oncology.
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven track record of hiring and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Expert-level ability to design clinical studies.
• Extensive experience with clinical study designs and analytical methods.
• Skilled in producing high-quality written documentation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
