Overview

The Senior Director of Biostatistics at Amgen will oversee all statistical aspects of biosimilar development, lead and develop a team of biostatisticians, and enhance statistical understanding within the organization.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 5 years or Master's with 9 years or Bachelor's with 11 years of statistical experience.
• 5 years of experience managing teams or projects in biostatistics.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical research.
• Knowledge of biosimilars development and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work within a global team and with CRO partners.
• Experience in lifecycle drug development.
• Ability to stay updated with scientific advances in the field.
• Experience in statistical methodologies and their application.
