HiveMQ is seeking a high-energy, creative, and driven Director of Industry Marketing to join our team. This role requires proven expertise in marketing smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions to enterprise B2B buyers.

• 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software marketing or sales
• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading industry or vertical marketing programs
• Proven ability to develop value propositions and messaging
• Demonstrated success building pipeline through industry campaigns
• Strong understanding of the industrial ecosystem
• Strong public speaking and/or social media experience
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Comfortable working in a high-growth SaaS environment

Requirements

• Worked directly in the manufacturing or energy sector
• Experience building vertical playbooks and industry-specific sales tools
• Proven ability to write Business Value Assessments
• Familiarity with MQTT, IoT, or industrial protocols
• Prior success working in an ABM or industry GTM team
• Knowledge of buyer journey orchestration using HubSpot and Salesforce
