Director of Conservation - Remote

Overview

The Director of Conservation will lead the Hispanic Access Foundation's conservation initiatives, setting the vision and guiding a team to influence environmental policy and promote community-based change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in conservation leadership.
• 3 years of experience managing teams.
• Ability to design successful campaigns.
• Understanding of conservation policy with an equity focus.
• Skilled in coalition-building.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Experience with grant proposals.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
