Director of Finance / Chief of Finance - Remote

Overview

The Hispanic Access Foundation is seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead its financial operations and strategy while ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

• Lead financial operations and strategy for a nonprofit organization.
• Oversee accounting, grants management, and compliance functions.

• Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in nonprofit accounting and finance.
• 7+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in financial systems, Sage Intacct preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to the mission of Hispanic Access Foundation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
