Program Director, Forestry - Remote

Overview

The Program Director, Forestry will lead a $4 million annual program aimed at increasing equitable access to trees and green spaces, focusing on disadvantaged communities, while working in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program management experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience in community and climate issues affecting Latino communities.
• Ability to manage program budgets and ensure compliance.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with fundraising strategies.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
