Development Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

The Development Operations Associate will serve as the backbone of the fundraising and development team, ensuring that all administrative and operational aspects of development are effectively managed and tracked.

• Manage the development pipeline and donor communications.
• Track donor and grant activity using Salesforce.
• Assist with grant reporting and writing.

Requirements

• 1+ years in nonprofit development or administrative role.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with grant writing is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to the mission of Hispanic Access Foundation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
