Overview

The Conservation Finance Director will develop and implement strategies to strengthen economic support for the conservation and stewardship of working lands in the American West.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in conservation finance and ecosystem service markets.
• Strategic thinking and business mindset.
• Experience with landowners and environmental policy.
• Coalition building and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Collaborative leader and team member.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
