In Short

Requirements

  • 3+ years of team leadership experience.
  • 5+ years managing projects and campaigns in conservation.
  • Expertise in nature conservation issues.
  • High proficiency in English; bilingual in French preferred.
  • Strong commitment to equity and social justice.
  • Experience with Indigenous relations and land rights.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in fundraising and policy advocacy.
  • Post-secondary education in environmental sciences or related field is an asset.
