Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue with enterprise and strategic level companies, building and managing relationships with potential enterprise clients throughout a territory in the United States.

In Short

  • Manage and close complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Work with senior Talent Acquisition and HR leaders to close large enterprise deals.
  • Partner with Business Development Team on pipeline building.
  • Generate new clients through cold calling and networking.
  • Build a network of referrals for revenue growth.
  • Market and differentiate the HireVue brand.
  • Manage the entire sales process.
  • Work self-directed over a given sales territory.
  • Assist in creating RFP responses.
  • Represent HireVue at industry events.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of sales experience in HCM & SaaS.
  • Experience generating opportunities in large enterprise companies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong listening skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive and self-directed work style.
  • Ability to innovate and influence at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen with senior leadership.
  • Extensive sales methodology training preferred.
  • Technical aptitude in software applications.
  • Analytical ability to understand metrics.
