Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue with enterprise and strategic level companies, building and managing relationships with potential clients throughout a territory in the United States.

In Short

  • Manage and close complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • Manage the entire sales process.

  • Assist in creating RFP responses.
  • Represent Hirevue at industry events.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of sales experience in HCM & SaaS.
  • Experience with large enterprise companies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and self-directed work style.
  • Ability to innovate and influence at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen with senior leadership.
  • Sales methodology training preferred.
  • Technical aptitude in software applications.
  • Analytical skills to understand metrics.
