Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Accounting Manager at Hirevue, you will own the month-end close process, guide general ledger activities, and ensure compliance with tax regulations while improving accounting operations.

In Short

• Oversee month-end close and reconciliations.
• Review sales orders for accurate revenue recognition.
• Deliver trial balance analysis and monthly reporting.
• Manage global tax compliance and regulatory filings.
• Guide teammates on technical accounting questions.
• Partner with FP&A for financial reports and variance analysis.
• Drive process improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Engage in ad hoc financial analysis and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including industry and public accounting.
• 2+ years in public accounting; Big Four experience preferred.
• Active CPA strongly preferred.
• Hands-on operational accounting experience.
• Familiarity with modern accounting systems, NetSuite is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and tax rules.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build and improve processes.
