Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help reshape global recruitment by connecting US businesses with exceptional offshore talent.

In Short

  • Develop growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote services addressing client objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to legal guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • English proficiency at C2/C1 level.
