Overview

The Virtual Assistant position is aimed at candidates based in Latin America, focusing on providing administrative support to executives while working remotely.

In Short

  • Manage executives' schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports.
  • Handle emails and calls on behalf of executives.
  • Coordinate projects and events.
  • Organize files and databases.
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and project management is preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in similar roles.
  • Excellent English proficiency (C2/C1 level).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with social media management and graphic design.
  • Computer with minimum 8GB RAM and Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor.
  • Wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed.
  • Functional noise-canceling headset and high-quality camera for virtual calls.
