The Virtual Assistant position is designed for individuals who can manage administrative tasks remotely, providing support to executives while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Manage executives' schedules and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and presentations
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications

  • Assist with personal tasks as needed

  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be a resident of the Philippines

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a virtual assistant or similar role
  • Excellent English proficiency (C2/C1 level)
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • High-quality computer and internet setup for remote work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professionalism and confidentiality
