Overview

Hint Inc., the leading unsweetened flavored water, is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to develop our Foodservice Sales Channel in the Western United States.

In Short

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the foodservice sector across the East region
  • Build and maintain relationships with Foodservice contractors and key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings
  • Manage foodservice distributor partnerships for customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Support regional sales forecasts and performance analysis
  • Organize and participate in trade shows and events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the foodservice or beverage industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of foodservice market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel within the East region

  • Base salary of $100,000-135,000, based on territory and experience
