Overview

Hint is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Manager, Brand Awareness and Partnerships. This role involves overseeing marketing projects and timelines, developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

In Short

  • Support SVP and Sr. Brand Marketing Director in annual planning and execution of brand marketing plans.
  • Support product Innovation launches and Renovation projects.
  • Accelerate Brand Marketing efforts to connect with new consumers and partner brands.
  • Monitor and manage the execution of the company’s brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Support the development of the brand’s advertising and positioning.
  • Manage external marketing agencies.
  • Work closely with the E-Commerce team to drive revenue.
  • Manage the company’s partnership and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Evaluate and plan the brand’s experiential activations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in brand marketing.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable influencing cross-functionally.
  • Understanding of consumer insights and trends.
  • Experience in managing marketing agencies.
