Overview

Highspot is pioneering the category that is fundamentally changing the way companies increase sales productivity. We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to help grow our North American operations, building relationships with revenue leaders in medium to large B2B companies.

In Short

  • Explain how our solutions work and the value they provide.
  • Support our sales team with Deal Planning and Discovery.
  • Tailor solution presentations to customer use cases.
  • Lead responses to RFPs and Infosec questionnaires.
  • Manage and deliver POCs.
  • Use active listening and objection handling skills.
  • Facilitate workshops to demonstrate the value of enablement.
  • Be the technical expert in the SalesTech/Martech ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a Solution Engineer in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Expertise in B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue generation.
  • Self-starter with persistence in achieving goals.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and understanding of customer needs.
  • Strong competitive drive and accountability for results.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement for building a business.
