Overview

Highspot is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to enhance our North American operations, focusing on building relationships with revenue leaders in medium to large B2B companies.

In Short

  • Explain the value of Highspot solutions through engaging presentations and demonstrations.
  • Support sales teams with Deal Planning and Discovery.
  • Tailor solution presentations to customer use cases.
  • Lead responses to RFPs and Infosec questionnaires.
  • Manage and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Utilize active listening to address customer objections.
  • Provide proactive solution advice.
  • Facilitate workshops to demonstrate the value of the Highspot platform.
  • Be the technical expert in SalesTech/Martech ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Solution Engineer in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Expertise in B2B sales with a track record of success.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue generation.
  • Action-oriented self-starter with persistence in achieving goals.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for understanding customer needs.
  • Accountable with a competitive drive and strong work ethic.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement for building a business.
