In Short

  • Drive business development initiatives across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Generate sales pipeline and track deal progression.
  • Develop strategic account strategies with Account Executives.
  • Nurture relationships with homebuilders and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate on partner marketing assets with marketing and product teams.
  • Establish KPIs for partnerships and business development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in the homebuilding industry.
  • Experience as a builder or exposure to homebuilder needs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and hands-on execution.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting business targets.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
