• Lead and manage a team of engineers at Headway.

• Participate in the interview process for new hires.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong technical foundation for making appropriate decisions.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Product mindset with strong cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with Python and React is a plus.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure is a plus.
• Background in health tech is a nice to have.
• BS, MS in Computer Science or related field.
