In Short

• Drive pipeline growth and brand visibility in the East region.
• Develop and execute campaigns aligned to commercial and enterprise sales teams.
• Plan and run executive dinners, field events, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand pipeline priorities.
• Align marketing messaging with corporate teams for East audiences.
• Support account-based marketing initiatives.
• Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage a $250K regional budget for demand creation.
• Share best practices with peer Field Marketing Managers.
• Work in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
• Proven success supporting commercial and enterprise AEs.
• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity buyer journey.
• Ability to execute multi-channel regional campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% within the East region.

• Base Salary Range: $142,000 – $165,000 USD
