In Short

  • Execute field and partner marketing programs and events in NEMEA region.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure MQLs are followed up appropriately.
  • Track campaign performance and adapt future events accordingly.
  • Manage projects from concept through completion.
  • Coordinate demand generation targeting key strategic accounts.
  • Work with vendors and manage event logistics.
  • Develop joint campaigns with strategic partners.
  • Produce marketing collateral in collaboration with PR and Design teams.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • B2B Field and or Partner Marketing experience, ideally in a B2B software company.
  • 4+ years of experience in the UKI market.
  • 3+ years of experience in a regional marketing role for a Tech or B2B company.
  • Experience in planning events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and deadline focus.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-growing workplace.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce or Marketo.
  • Willingness to take ownership and be accountable.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tactics.
