Overview

LaunchDarkly’s Revenue Marketing team is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help drive our mission to empower all teams to deliver and control their software. This role will serve as the bridge between sales and marketing in the AMERS East region, reporting to our Manager of Field Marketing.

In Short

Execution and measurement of field marketing programs tailored to AMERS audiences.
Lead end-to-end management of events including venue/platform selection and logistics.
Build partnerships with AMERS Sales leadership to align marketing efforts.
Collaborate with product marketing and design teams for localized messaging.
Partner on pre- and post-event campaign promotions.
Monitor and report on key metrics such as pipeline influence.
Act as a strategic advisor to sales and marketing leadership.

Requirements

5+ years of regional event or field marketing experience within SaaS B2B.
Located on the East Coast or EST timezone.
Proven ability to partner effectively with sales teams.
Strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making.
Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing platforms.
Exceptional project management abilities.
Understanding of the developer ecosystem and DevOps concepts.
