In Short

  • Develop business partnerships in the short-term rental industry.
  • Manage sales cycles of complex SaaS products from start to finish.
  • Execute on Guesty’s Go To Market strategy within the East Coast of the USA and Canada.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan and generate sales reports.
  • Deliver persuasive client presentations incorporating customer perspectives.
  • Manage pipeline and communications in Salesforce.
  • Report local market trends and insights to Guesty HQ.
  • Continuously outperform sales quotas and targets.
  • Own all enterprise sales activities in the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience.
  • Native English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
  • SaaS sales experience is a must.
  • Ability to manage complex deals and close various business types.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in travel/hospitality tech sales is a huge advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial approach: independent, creative, and passionate.
  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Consultative/solution selling skills with a creative mindset.
