Overview

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to promote early cancer detection products, ensuring effective sales strategies and team management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing sales role in medical diagnostics or devices.
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation.
  • Experience leading sales teams targeting healthcare providers.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • B.S. in life sciences, biology, business, or marketing preferred.
