Patient Navigation/Offsite Phlebotomy Specialist (Oncology) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a full-time Offsite Phlebotomy Specialist to process OPS and Kit orders. This person will work collaboratively with other Client Services Team members to achieve department goals and work cross-functionally with commercial and lab operations partners.

In Short

• Responsible for arranging Offsite Phlebotomy for patients.
• Assist clients and sales team with kit orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Participate in territory meetings to address business needs.
• Document communications and follow-up activities accurately.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Use Salesforce.com and LIMS for data management.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalated situations.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• May require travel to Guardant Health offices.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in Biological Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare.
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in a professional setting.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented problem solver.
• Flexibility with working hours based on needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
