The Business Development Representative (BDR) at ARC Health is responsible for driving growth and executing business development strategies in the greater Seattle area, focusing on building relationships and maximizing patient referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-4 years of business development and marketing experience.
• 3+ years in B2B healthcare sales.
• 2+ years in referral development and management.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Resourceful and tenacious in achieving goals.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA compliance.
