Overview

The Partnership Manager is responsible for managing and expanding partnerships to drive revenue and ensure partner satisfaction. This role involves developing business plans, enabling partners, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve strategic goals.

In Short

  • Own the Partnership relationship with accountability for retention and revenue contribution.
  • Develop and execute partner-specific account plans.
  • Equip partners with necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams.
  • Identify additional contacts within partner organizations.
  • Track and report on partner performance and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing partners in a quota-bearing role.
  • Proven success in managing revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in presentations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM and partner management tools.
  • Familiarity with HCM, HR, ERP, or compliance software.
  • Prior experience in enterprise account management preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
