• Identify and build partnerships with organizations.
• Close and manage partnerships to refer clients to Deel.
• Nurture partnerships throughout their lifecycle.
• Launch and optimize co-marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Maintain the partnerships P&L.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a partnership role.
• Strong understanding of the venture landscape.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong research skills.
• Ability to write effective email copy and campaigns.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Active relationship builder.
