• Drive revenue with partner organizations in the HR Tech space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner sales and customer success teams.
• Conduct regular outreach to nurture strong relationships.
• Coordinate training activities for partners.
• Execute partner marketing initiatives to drive engagement.
• Analyze partner KPIs and optimize strategies.
• Support partner-led lead generation efforts.
• Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to refine partner strategies.
• Maintain a structured database of key partner contacts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships or account management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partner enablement.
• Experience executing co-marketing campaigns.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Problem-solver with a proactive mentality.
