• Develop and execute a scalable demand generation strategy.
• Optimize marketing campaigns for lead volume and conversion rates.
• Own Guusto’s inbound marketing funnel.
• Collaborate with Partnerships team on partner-facing content.
• Attend live events to increase brand visibility.
• Translate product features into value propositions.
• Develop targeted customer marketing campaigns.
• Partner with teams for go-to-market strategies.
• Leverage data-driven insights for marketing strategies.
• Shape Guusto’s brand strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing leadership experience.
• Experience in building a marketing function from the ground up.
• Proven track record in demand generation and customer marketing.
• Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Strong product marketing experience.
• Highly analytical with a deep understanding of marketing metrics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
