Technical Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Technical Implementation Consultant role is essential in helping government agencies implement the AMANDA and Grantium platforms effectively, ensuring enhanced online services and community support.

In Short

• Master the AMANDA and Grantium platform and serve as an internal expert.
• Advise customers on improving their online processes.
• Define features and solution requirements for customer implementations.
• Lead and manage multiple technical product implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key solutions.
• Develop training and implementation documentation.
• Conduct system training for client administrators.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined and met.
• Assess client needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain Granicus information security standards.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in development.
• 5+ years of experience with APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, Jexl, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• 2-5 years of experience with React.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build online forms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
• Experience with the AMANDA product is a plus.
