Manager, HR Business Partners - Remote

Overview

The Manager will be responsible for directly managing a global team of HRBPs and overseeing core people processes, including performance, engagement, and employee relations practices to support a rapidly scaling organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience in high growth environments.
• Experience managing a global distributed team is preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of HR regulatory requirements.
• HR certification is highly recommended (e.g., SPHR, GPHR).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset.
• Strong relationship building and people skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
• BS/BA in business or related field.
