Senior Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

This is a remote position and we're considering candidates in Sweden. We are looking for a Solutions Architect (ProServ) to join our world class Customer Experience (CX) team. Solutions Architects at Grafana Labs provide customers with specialized business and technical consultation, and guidance to achieve their objectives using Grafana.

In Short

• Work with customers to understand their challenges and guide them to solutions through training and consulting.
• Manage the lifecycle of customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana offerings.
• Deliver packaged training and specialized consulting for high-priority customers.
• Monitor support requests and identify recurring issues to enhance customer value.
• Engage in hands-on technical delivery and customer engagement.
• Communicate effectively with business executives and IT staff.
• Translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Advocate for best practices and adherence to standards.
• Stay current on Grafana Labs and related technologies.
• Support sales and product teams in driving innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in deployment teams using project management techniques.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y).
• Best practices for using and deploying an o11y stack.
• Successful delivery of customer projects, preferably in enterprise o11y implementations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Self-starter with a vision to innovate.
